How do I begin the custom order process?

To start the order process, please give us a call at (254) 974-3400, we will schedule your drop off day, and answer any questions you may have!
How do I find processing prices?

Our processing prices are available on our website, but we are more than happy to have a conversation with you over the phone as well. We aim to keep our prices competitive and affordable with today's market. Due to this, our processing prices are updated weekly to ensure you are recieving the most up-to-date information possible.
When do I drop off my livestock?

Drop off of livestock will be at 8:00 AM the day of your scheduled drop off date. If you have any questions over your cut list, we will be more than happy to walk you through it that morning.
When do I need to pay?

You will pay in full when you pick up your meat. No deposit required!
What if I have a question that wasn't answered above?

We would be more than happy to answer any and all questions you have. We can be contacted then via phone at (254) 974-3400. After business hours, you are more than welcome to email us or contact us via our website at any time.
When is Hartness Cattle open?

We are open from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and closed 12:00-12:30pm for lunch!
